The Governors of this happy, caring and inclusive school seek to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with proven experience in a primary school setting.
The post will involve covering classes, lesson planning and delivering interventions to groups of children. You will need to have a proven track record in a HLTA role, knowledge of intervention strategies, experience of delivering lessons to Early Years, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two pupils and be able to demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development.
You must have a commitment to raising standards in our school and have a very clear knowledge and understanding of what excellent teaching and learning looks like. You will have high expectations of children’s work and behaviour and have a commitment to partnership working between home, school and the wider community. You must have the care and dedication to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. Applicants should have a positive outlook and be able to work effectively within a team.
You will be required to carry out all duties as required within an HLTA job description.
