DCO / Consenting Partner – London /Hybrid

·
Full time
Location: Leeds
·
Job offered by: Cyan Partners
·
Busy times for anyone involved in NSIPs and UK energy and infrastructure, and we are seeing a dramatic increase in instructions for planning lawyers with the skills and experience to drive the process of DCO promotions and other significant infra and energy projects (TWAOs etc). Our client is on all the relevant panels for this large-scale work and has the market profile and size of team to deliver these projects. The firm is seeking an additional partner, happy to apply skills across renewable energy (especially solar and wind) and energy infrastructure work. While there is an understanding that a 'book' is difficult to bring along in this sector, there is an expectation that you will have a decent profile, known in the community (via NIPA and other associations), and a plan and contacts to exploit the current positive environment. Contacts with developers would be an additional bonus. Contact Andy Wintle on 07802 448 436
