A DAY IN THE LIFE Lead and drive multi-div efforts in scaling 1P Acquisition & Activation efforts for UKI across touchpoints (paid and owned), in strong partnership with divisions and across the consumer lifecycle Lead on acquisition planning and execution: PII + cookies across all sources, set targets at country/brand level, coordinate all acquisition efforts and tactics, including innovative formats & channels, animate the relevant tribes across the business Owner of DDX KPIs and reporting: Anonymisation forecasting, 1P PII contacts / cookies, Contactability, Frequency, Retention, CLV, Cost of Acquisition, etc Support the Head of DDX on 2P data collaboration and audience strategy Key POC for Zone IT, Zone DDX leads and DEC to advise, feedback and action EMEA IT and Zone DDX projects, and translate the Zone roadmap for market use Collaborate with the agency (Numberly) and the Data Science and Analytics team to maximise the strategic activation of data and run relevant deep-dives & analysis Lead on Data Hygiene & Compliance, GDPR in close partnership with Data Privacy Officer/ Team Manage the relationship with relevant DDX partner ecosystem (Qualifio, Yieldify, etc)

WHO YOU ARE A strong background in CRM and consumer data, however a broader digital knowledge is a plus Strong understanding of consumer lifecycle and how data can enhance both the owned and paid marketing channels A solid understanding across Consumer Data Acquisition and Activation tactics across digital spectrum A real passion for consumer experience and data-driven marketing / experiences A technical understanding of CRM and related tools and reporting suite The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders The ability to juggle multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously Comfortable with consumer data KPI’s and demonstratable experience in translating consumers’ data and behaviours into business opportunities A master of collaboration and stakeholder, tribe engagement
