Location: Field-based (The role is based from home with travel generally within the South area, but could also be national for some events/meetings).

Contract: Permanent

Basic salary: £40,000 plus £10,000 bonus per annum

To support our business growth we are now looking for a talented Dealer Fleet Manager to join our team. The Role: Working within an off-headcount OEM field team position, this dealer-facing role is an integral part of the future growth strategy for ROI, working with one of our OEM clients and their dealer network to deliver sales channel targets and objectives. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with c.20 dealers within the northern territory and for developing and driving the performance of Local Business Development Managers to increase SME car and van sales. A bit about you An experienced Manager, with an automotive dealer background, you will have a proven track record of developing and delivering within a fast paced and targeted environment. You'll have experience in prospecting techniques and will be able to support capabilities of all levels through training and coaching to achieve the desired output. You'll have experience in general performance management and be able to create plans that have clear, achievable goals that support the delivery of key objectives. You’ll be used to solving problems, approaching tasks with creativity and a strong commercial awareness to find the best solution for the customer and the business. You’ll love to work collaboratively, sharing learning and working with the wider team to open up opportunities and add value. Key skills You will have excellent attention to detail, and take personal pride in the work you put forward. You will be organised with meticulous planning skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities and projects to deliver against agreed deadlines. You’ll be confident working across multiple IT systems, with experience using CRM systems, and possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Finally, you will be an excellent communicator, you’ll be confident in dealing with people at all levels, won’t be phased presenting to senior leaders and to large audiences and will have the ability to challenge in a positive and constructive way.
