The Opportunity LEVC Mtech is leading a project to introduce a range of new energy passenger vehicles tailored for the UK market. About the role The Dealer Marketing Communication Manager will manage all local marketing activities carried out by dealerships in the UK. The role involves ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the brand’s guidelines and objectives, while also offering guidance and support to dealerships to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include: Oversee and follow up on local marketing activities carried out by dealers, providing guidance and generating reports. Deliver engaging brand events, including product launches, test drives, activations, and other promotional activities. Monitor and report on dealers' monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Coordinate logistics and car loans for dealers participating in car exhibitions. Track and report on marketing activities executed by dealers. Ensure proper use of brand images by dealers. Supervise the adherence to brand guidelines in dealer showrooms. Develop, deliver, and manage promotional materials such as T-shirts, brochures, car plates, showroom displays, and giveaways. Oversee dealers' websites and social media presence. Validate digital content created by dealers. Experience to succeed Minimum 5 years of experience in dealership marketing or advertising. In-depth understanding of dealer marketing workflows. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. Proven experience in developing and executing successful advertising campaigns. Proven experience in event planning for other automotive brands, including the ability to assess event proposals. Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations. Excellent project management and data analysis & reporting skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Results-oriented approach. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Experienced in Digital Marketing. Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business. Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus.
