Automotive Dealership Accountant Required for Car Dealer Group

We are currently seeking an Automotive Experienced Dealership Accountant for our Motor Trade Client based in the Croydon, Surrey area. This award-winning dealership is looking for an experienced Automotive Accountant to join their team in Croydon. Up to £75k basic salary dependent on experience Discounted Shopping Discounted Car Purchase Scheme alongside Service, Parts and Bodyshop requirements 20 Days Holiday + Bank holidays Chance to evolve and take on additional responsibility L&D is a huge thing for this client as they realise it is critical to their colleague's success The Dealership Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of the accounts department, producing accurate management accounts to group time-scales and ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are completed in line with group procedures.
The Ideal Dealership Accountant will be able to work under your own initiative whilst also supporting other members of the business. You will have experience in financial reporting and be able to demonstrate your ability to understand complex detail and present it in a simple and effective way.
Experience of the motor industry is a necessary requirement for the role, as is working experience with Sage and recognised Automotive Dealer Management Systems would be essential.
The hours worked are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm.
