About the Role:

Join our Aylesbury based client's finance team to help tackle a significant backlog of customer debt. This role is working full time hours Monday to Friday. Your key responsibilities will include:

Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments Accurately processing payments Ensuring compliance with company policies

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Exceptional customer service skills A confident and professional phone manner Proficiency in PC applications

While experience in the insurance industry or a credit control environment is a plus, it's not essential.
