Job Description Lead and manage the recoveries team within the Accounting & Finance Department. Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Monitor the performance of recovery activities and provide reports to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to streamline recovery processes. Manage relationships with external agencies and legal counsel. Provide training and support to team members. Continually identify opportunities for process improvements. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Recoveries Manager' should have: Experience or knowledges of insolvency and debt recovery Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector. Excellent knowledge of debt recovery regulations and procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. What's on Offer A competitive salary package in the range of £43,000 - £55,000 per annum.
