This level 1 role is purely office based administration and does NOT involve contacting debtors by phone.

This role involves the administration of case records for debt cases to provide the collectors with the best opportunity to collect debt.

The role requires:

Attention to detail to ensure customer information is complete, up to date and accurate across multiple IT systems.

The ability to work to daily workload targets independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrable IT skills with MS Word and MS Excel.

The ability to learn how to use new IT systems quickly.

Proven strong management of your own workload.

Performance driven to meet/exceed key performance targets which include timings, meeting deadlines and meeting quality targets.

Working as a team to ensure all corporate, team, and personal deadlines are met.

After training:

Use investigative skills for tasks such as reviewing unallocated transactions and make decisions regarding the next step such as allocate, offer refund, or refer for write-off.

Using various IT systems and the internet to trace new addresses for debtors.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held from 20th to 25th January 2025 and will be conducted online. A 20-minute MS Excel test will be completed after the interview.
