The Decommissioning Project Manager (Wells) will prepare and execute decommissioning project plans on behalf of THREE60 Energy. While wells-focussed, the role will include aspects of interdependent decom workstreams such as pipelines, installations, subsurface and subsea. Key Responsibilities

Work in accordance with the THREE60 Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Ensure compliance with UK statutory regulations and THREE60 health, safety, and environmental policies Implement and monitor project QHSE plans to minimise risks and impact during decommissioning activities Develop and execute plans for the decommissioning of multi-asset offshore oil & gas facilities Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost constraint Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors and Regulators Implement cost-saving measures and ensure efficient resource allocation Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, status updates and financial records Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders Form part of the Emergency Response team as required by the company emergency response procedures Competence Requirements

Knowledge & Qualifications Formal qualification at minimum degree level in Engineering or Business or similar is essential Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental considerations related to UK decommissioning Project Management qualification is desirable Valid certification to allow travel to offshore locations Skills & Experience Minimum of 15 years oil and gas wells and/or operational experience. Proven experience in project management including in decommissioning projects Strong project management skills are essential Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with budgeting and forecasting is essential Ability to instil excellence in HSE performance and behaviours is essential Excellent relationship management skills are essential Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential Ability to influence and use tactful assertiveness to achieve required outcomes is essential Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of applications; Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project Flexibility to travel and visit offshore locations as required
