Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects. We are looking for a Defect Free Delivery Manager for a 24-month contract based in Leatherhead. On Offer: Competitive hourly rate – Ltd Co. Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home IR35 Determination - Highly likely to be outside so engagement through a LLC is permitted Job Overview Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program - including specialized inspection and testing techniques - quality training - statistical methods - audits - quality tools for problem solving and assessment. Primary areas of direction include DFD scope and definition, awareness, health checks, KPIs, training, monitoring of budget and schedule and taking corrective action to ensure that DFD objectives are achieved. Main Responsibilities Creates inspection reports stating the conditions of a work area to ensure requirements are met. Makes recommendations for corrective action. Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution. Implements principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve product systems safety, reliability, and maintainability. Responsible for maintaining quality standards of products and the procedures and materials that go into work scope. Aligns quality management function with the performance needs of product lines. Under general direction, is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members. Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 9+ years of experience. NB:
