About Your Opportunity:

Northrop Grumman UK delivers mission-critical capability into the UK armed forces and for export. This role will identify, capture, and position Northrop Grumman for winning opportunities within the Defence C4 and Future Combat Air accounts, driving growth against a set of business objectives. You will engage internal and external stakeholders to identify growth areas within existing customer accounts and new business from within the C4 and Air domain. You will lead opportunity capture, ultimately positioning NG as a global leading solution business through expertly shaped business-winning proposals.

Your Responsibilities:

Identify, shape & lead the Northrop Grumman team to winning strategic growth opportunities.

Demonstrate a strong desire to influence and shape existing/new customers, enlightening them to NG's capabilities.

Manage internal resources to get the most out of the BD and technical/delivery teams.

Be confident to present to a variety of customers and stakeholders innovative approaches to solving requirements.

Represent more senior BD and Delivery/Account management staff as and when to continuously promote NG's expertise.

Your Experience:

Demonstrable experience in successful business development.

Highly competent at presenting complex requirements to a broad range of professionals within NG's business.

High levels of organisation and focus across CRM (Salesforce) and bid pipeline tools, alongside an ability to write vibrant and powerful reports that secure senior proposal sponsorship.

Able to translate strategy and vision into action, driving business growth across NG partners.

An inspirational, motivated individual, acting as a catalyst for change and leading colleagues in the capture of multiple revenue threads in time-critical situations.
