We are building the most influential DeFi Ecosystem Participant. We are looking for a power user of DeFi systems looking to create, deploy and scale strategies across digital asset markets. Your mission will be to develop new systematic strategies, enhance current systematic strategies, and be a strategic thinker on growing on-chain ecosystems. Job description

Developing and improving our current algorithmic strategies

Managing end to end the process of deployment and running trading strategies

Developing ad-hoc system to connect to new execution venues

Reviewing performance metrics and communicating post strategy analysis

Helping to deliver continuous improvements on our trading infrastructure and models

Ensuring market and research issues are properly documented

Background and experience

A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Sciences or Statistics

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a capital markets trading firm

Knowledge of DeFi system and smart contract based trading

Competences and personality

Familiarity with financial markets and trading algorithms

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Passion for DeFi

A high degree of technical aptitude with programming skills in Python/C++/Rust/Java

Knowledge of SQL

Strong analytical capabilities

Enjoy taking time to discuss crazy ideas with colleagues in the evening
