Specific activities could include: Your day-to-day activities will be varied and exciting, offering you broad exposure to the entire project lifecycle. You will set project goals, create timelines, monitor progress, and work closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a role in tracking budgets, managing resources, and identifying risks before they become issues. On top of that, you will use project management software, such as Microsoft Project, to keep everything on track, ensuring projects stay within scope and on schedule.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you will have more than just a qualification. You will have a rich portfolio of experiences, a deep understanding of both the theory and practice of project management, and the confidence to be innovative in a transformation environment.
