As a Delegate Sales Executive, you will sell delegate passes to business conferences. Typical order values are around £2000-£3000. You must be highly organised, as you will simultaneously work on 2-3 events. These events will be in different market sectors and based around the world. You will need to quickly absorb information and understand why the conference’s agenda will be important to the delegates attending. You will receive first-class training to ensure you are successful. The Organisation:

You should be able to demonstrate competency in the below key areas. It is not essential to meet all requirements, but priority will be given to those applicants that can satisfy most: Keen to launch a professional sales career. Driven and want to achieve and exceed sales targets. Interested in growing knowledge across a range of market sectors. Confident to build relationships with Senior Executives. Willing to learn consultative selling techniques. High attention to detail and an ability to work in an organised and professional manner. Able to manage a sales pipeline and report back with accurate forecasts. 70% of the work will be with warm leads, 30% will be from self-sourced leads.
