Arcus Search are proud to support a global London Market Specialty Insurance firm, on searching for an adaptable Delegated Authority Technician to assist in ensuring all Service Companies, Coverholders, Consortia and Lineslips are managed in line with procedures, regulations and Lloyds standards.You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to support the end-to-end management of a portfolio of Delegated Authorities, particularly focusing on the Bordereaux oversight. This will also include onboarding, monitoring, renewing and/or terminations, through to stakeholder management and engagement with Delegated Underwriting both internally and externally. What you'll do: Handling and processing of Bordereaux (using VIPR and DDM) Facilitate production of Written and Paid bordereaux and monitoring the quality of its data/ resolving data issues Ensure all written business adheres to terms of the Binding Authority Agreement, rectifying breaches as and when they arise. Respond to External Audit requirements and requests Review sign off of lineslips and consortiums Report and provide accurate risk entry and rating in the underwriting systems Attend Lloyds market forums, pilots and projects. What experience you'll bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience within London Insurance Market Experience with Lloyds Delated Authority Systems (Atlas, DCOM, DAM, etc.) Proven experience in production bordereaux (Written and Paid) Demonstrate resilience, confidence and development of relationships through meticulous communication and attention to detail Attention to detail when it comes to data.
