As the Head of Professional Services or Professional Services Director, you will oversee a team that leverages industry-leading technologies, including Cisco Network Services, VMware Solutions, Cisco Voice and some Public Cloud Services

The Role: As the Head of Professional Services / Professional Services Director, you will lead a team of managers responsible for the delivery of high-quality network services, project management, EUC, and voice solutions. You will guide and mentor a group of technical professionals, ensuring the effective deployment of solutions and managing complex, multi-faceted projects from both a technical and project delivery perspective. You will work closely with clients, ensuring their enterprise network environments are optimized and secure while maintaining alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Leadership: Manage the delivery of multiple workstreams, with a strong focus on the delivery of network infrastructure projects
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a team of professional services managers and engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Set clear goals, drive performance, and encourage professional growth.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of network services, EUC, and voice solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet customer expectations. Act as the senior escalation point for complex network-related issues.
  • Project Management: Direct and support the management of large-scale, technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Act as a trusted advisor to help guide enterprise-level network strategies.
  • Technical Excellence: Ensure the team is equipped with the latest technical knowledge and industry best practices, leveraging technologies from vendors like Cisco, VMware, Dell / EMC, Microsoft and Palo Alto
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve service delivery processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing the customer experience.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • Network Delivery Experiance: Strong experiance in managing teams to deliver mid to large scale Network Infrastructure projects
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing and leading professional services teams, with a focus on network services, project management, and client solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in delivering large enterprise network environments and other infrastructure solutions is highly desirable
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure delivery success.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
