What you tell your friends you do “I make sure our customers are set up for success and help them unlock the full potential of Aize.” What you really will be doing Guiding customers through the preboarding process, ensuring their data is ready for action before ingestion. Collaborate with customers to adapt their data to Aize to meet their specific needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly our data build and commercial teams, to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing satisfaction. Transforming engineering data into actionable insights for global energy clients. Sharing insights with our product team to ensure our platform continues to address evolving customer needs. How you will be doing this Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during preboarding and onboarding, leading delivery discussions and providing technical guidance. Conduct data readiness assessments and advise customers on best practices for data preparation. Participate in Account teams, collaborating with Commercial, Product, and Customer Success Leads to align strategies and monitor progress. Facilitate workshops and meetings to address technical roadblocks and agree on configuration details. Share insights from customer engagements to help shape Aize’s product roadmap. Team You’ll be the first addition to the Delivery Department and play a critical role in shaping its future. As such, there will likely be a lot of firsts and the team will likely grow over the next few years, providing several opportunities for growth within it. You'll collaborate closely with other departments across Aize, including Product, Build, and Customer Success, to contribute to the success of our customers and the entire product ecosystem. Who we think you are Proactive, eager to learn, and not afraid of exploring new territory while doing things for the first time. Experienced in navigating and driving initiatives in complex delivery environments and working with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable with large industrial projects in industries like energy, automotive, or aerospace. Genuinely interested in IT systems, data structures, and integration patterns. A clear communicator with a commercial mindset, ready to align technical delivery with customer needs and lead related initiatives and projects.
