Job Title: Delivery Manager Location: Covering the Lancashire region with travel Salary: to £67k plus car/allowance and benefits A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Delivery Manager to oversee minor civils projects within the wastewater sector, following Onsite's success in securing a minor Civils project with United Utilities as part of the forthcoming AMP 8 programme. These projects, with values ranging from £100k to £1m, involve delivering concrete structural works complemented by mechanical and electrical elements. This role offers a unique chance to play a key part in vital infrastructure enhancements, ensuring the continued efficiency and reliability of wastewater services. What's the role: Overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with programme schedules, financial performance, health and safety, environmental standards and project objectives. Maintaining professional interaction with senior client representatives, ensuring project requirements are met within budget constraints while achieving or exceeding KPIs. Assuming responsibility for project financial performance, including profit/loss accountability, contract documentation, pricing variations and compliance with commercial and financial procedures. Ensuring all projects align with health and safety regulations, CDM requirements, environmental legislation and company safety, environmental and quality standards. Managing project programmes, liaising with planning, tendering and design teams, ensuring effective resource allocation, including utilisation of direct labour and subcontractor coordination. What you'll need: An industry applicable ONC/HNC/B. Eng or NVQ equivalent IOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS) Demonstrable experience working with NEC/JCT contracts Efficiently oversees teams, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. Ability to review options and be comfortable making the required decisions for the project success. Have experience within the Civils Industry would be a distinct advantage.
