£30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience Location : Birmingham, UK or London, UK Who are Good Growth? Good Growth's primary mission is to enable large businesses to innovate online without letting their legacy technology slow them down. Many of the websites you see - some of which might belong to your favourite retailers - are often over a decade old, relying on older systems and tech to continue running. Tearing down barriers to growth, innovating at breakneck speed, using legacy technology as an asset - it's what we do every day for the global organisations who choose to partner with us. Our extraordinary technology, backed up by world-class data and insight, delivers experiences that transform performance for brands who want more from their digital channels. At Good Growth you'll be part of a dynamic company that values creativity and innovation in every task. Here, you can propel your career forward alongside experts in data science, technology, and marketing, all committed to building solutions that redefine the future of digital commerce. We are based in Birmingham, Exeter, and London - broadly speaking these are the homes of our Tech, Data, and Client Teams respectively. We want you to work where you do your best work, but across our business we will typically do 1 or 2 days a week in the office. In the early stages of your career with us, we may ask you to be in the office more. You can find out more about us, our People, and our Clients at

www.goodgrowth.co.uk The role As a Delivery Manager at Good Growth you'll run an exciting portfolio of client accounts, working alongside our Client Engagement Directors. You will strive for client satisfaction by ensuring we do a fantastic job of delivering our clients' projects. By working closely and collaboratively with our Development and Insight teams, you will manage the process of bringing our customer insights products and GGT platform capabilities together to launch complex and revenue-driving changes to our clients' websites in days, not months! Our ideal candidate has strong relationship and project management skills; familiarity with UX practices, analytics, conversion rate optimisation, AB testing, search engine optimisation, and digital marketing would be a benefit but not a deal breaker. Many of our team have previously worked in Event Management and are now delivery superstars, so if you think you might be up for a fresh challenge then do get in touch. Key Accountabilities: Managing day-to-day communications Overseeing milestone management Internal planning with teams Coordinating planning with clients Completing necessary documentation Managing QA and knowledge sharing across squads Ensuring internal and external project visibility Nurturing client relationships and understanding change management Evolving and developing shared processes avoiding duplication of effort across functional teams Requirements: Strong relationship building skills Excellent and clear communication style Demonstrable project management experience Availability to travel for client meetings (when required) Good Growth welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds with different lived experiences and perspectives. A diverse team means we can better serve our portfolio of global clients.
