Your new role Oversee budgets, deadlines, and quality across various projects. Foster strong relationships with essential business personnel. Collaborate with the CDT Project Lead to select the best methods and documentation for each project, such as user stories, project plans, and more. Maintain JIRA and Confluence usage according to our standards, including keeping JIRA boards updated and generating reports for each project. Collect requirements, create briefs, and write user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with clients and account managers to organise and execute tasks. Identify and address challenges, guiding the team to navigate or resolve them. Prioritise tasks to direct the team’s focus on client success. Enhance your project management abilities and align with our commitment to diligence and excellence. What you'll need to succeed Skilled at identifying and applying various delivery methods; knows when to raise concerns. Understands financial implications, budget creation, and scoping work; ensures accurate weekly reports and monitors project finances. Capable of clear communication with all stakeholders and facilitating multidisciplinary team discussions. Recognises the significance of planning and forecasting; communicates plans and progress effectively. Determines optimal processes for the team, monitors compliance, and addresses non-conformance. Assumes responsibility for resolving issues in collaboration with the team or CDT Project Lead. Inspires and guides the team, provides constructive feedback, and handles or escalates issues as needed.
