6-12 months Our client is a leading company in the industry and renowned for their involvement with the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire and Telecommunication services on Infrastructure Projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to work on the Saltash Tunnel refurbishment project. Key Responsibilities:
Help deliver the project to meet cost, time and quality requirements. Understand the commercials of the project and apply them to ensure margins are achieved. Ensure that the site works team is correctly staffed with competent personnel to meet company and required safety standards, as well as technical capability to undertake the works. Responsible for the performance of the project from a delivery perspective, ensuring activities are undertaken in line with the programme and commercial budgets. Liaise with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Drive productivity and manage all works during the project life cycle. Skills and Experience:
Experience in managing clients, contractors, and coordinating stakeholders. Ideally experienced within the highways sector. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Experience managing budgets and forecasting expenditure. Excellent IT skills in MS Office suite. Strong project management and organisational skills.
