As a Delivery Manager for Adult Social Care and Health, you will provide high-quality delivery management for the Directorate across a broad range of projects including strategy development and delivery, service design and commissioning, user research, and market management. You will develop, design, and implement Agile frameworks and processes that manage and report on the activities of the Directorate, and support our teams as they meet cross-departmental, corporate, and national reporting requirements. Your responsibilities will include consulting, informing, and communicating with key stakeholders on the delivery of design and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with national and local regulations, processes, and procedures. You will manage and track project processes, financials, and the production of required deliverables, advising and reporting to Boards and sponsors on the status of activities, and managing delegated budgets, funding, and resources. With an Agile and Project Management qualification such as Prince2 or AMP, or relevant experience, you will have practical knowledge of working in a fast-paced legislative or regulatory environment, and be capable of supporting robust and evidence-based strategic solutions. You should also be ready to scope and plan projects that deliver ambitious and cross-cutting outcomes, using innovation and creativity to promote a strategic outlook that produces a positive impact on strategy development. Skilled at delivering and role modeling good project management practice, you will work effectively with a range of partners to track complex delivery programs. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to support the leadership of our project teams and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. A superb negotiator and influencer, you will identify and manage risks while being empathetic, focused, and committed to making a positive difference. You will also be able to use IT solutions to record and share the status and details of the projects you are working on. What We Offer:
