As a Delivery Manager for Adult Social Care and Health, you will provide high-quality delivery management for the Directorate across a broad range of projects including strategy development and delivery, service design and commissioning, user research, and market management. You will develop, design, and implement Agile frameworks and processes that manage and report on the activities of the Directorate, and support our teams as they meet cross-departmental, corporate, and national reporting requirements. Your responsibilities will include consulting, informing, and communicating with key stakeholders on the delivery of design and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with national and local regulations, processes, and procedures. You will manage and track project processes, financials, and the production of required deliverables, advising and reporting to Boards and sponsors on the status of activities, and managing delegated budgets, funding, and resources.
