Delivery Manager - Structures

to join the team on a permanent basis. As a Delivery Manager – Structures, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing specific packages of work in accordance with the plan. You will ensure the successful planning, design validation, and procurement of projects, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and collaboration. This role will focus on managing infrastructure projects and experience of managing work at height is essential, as is being able to manage third party work, so being commercially aware is critical. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the construction of major critical infrastructure projects in the media & broadcast industry. A civil engineering background is preferred. The Role: Provide progress reports, cost analysis, and issue resolution Coordinate between the construction, design, procurement, and commercial departments to ensure the timely award of any sub-contracts Establish and lead a high-performing structure team, setting clear targets and implementing performance management processes Promote a collaborative environment and effective communication with stakeholders and the supply chain Ensure clear understanding and compliance within the team and supply chain Adhere to Arqiva H&S standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and continuous improvement The Person: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations Experience in project controls and budget management Strong organizational and team-building skills Engages with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve objectives Communicates confidently and adapts to different audiences Driven to achieve challenging goals with resilience and perseverance Committed to professional and industry knowledge development Analytically minded and flexible in approach Qualifications: Degree or higher in a numerate discipline, preferably Engineering Proven track record of delivering projects to time and budget, with a focus on safety, quality, and sustainability Why join Arqiva?
