Following a recent IT department restructure, they are strengthening their leadership team and hiring several IT Delivery Managers to drive success across their development and IT support teams. The Role As an IT Application Delivery Manager, you will lead a multi-skilled team of six developers and IT support professionals, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT programmes while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for: Managing IT delivery programmes – ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals Developing and coaching teams – creating an environment where people thrive Optimising service delivery – enhancing processes for efficiency and scalability Risk management – proactively identifying and mitigating IT risks Stakeholder communication – engaging effectively at all levels, including executive leadership Third-party management – working with external platform providers and vendors ITIL best practices – ensuring IT service management frameworks are adhered to What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a strong leader with: Proven experience running multi-skilled IT teams in a financial services or regulated environment A technical background with experience in software development or IT infrastructure Excellent communication skills – able to engage at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment A track record of working with third-party platform providers What’s in It for You?
