Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

Sitting within the SDS (Standard Delivery Service) team, this role will be involved with delivering complex Unified Communication (UC) projects, consulting with Project Management to effect efficient outcomes that satisfy customer requirements. You will be a technical authority for the UC and IoT delivery function, vetting all issues raised to this position from a technical and customer experience perspective.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver complex UC customer projects, on-time and efficiently.
  • Be a technical expert for the relevant delivery teams / functions, and for other areas of the business interacting UC & IoT Delivery.
  • You will hone expertise in how UC solutions work and how they are delivered; be involved in issue resolution and capture and share technical and process related insights and learnings.
  • Provide technical insight to Operations Management and governance forums to effectively manage issues and represent on technical discussions.
  • Excellent understanding of the delivery systems and technologies, with ability to identify root cause for problems and share / embed learnings into standard delivery process once key issues are resolved.
  • Hands-on approach to build work; coordination of activities for standard build, including directing others to undertake delivery tasks.
  • To act as a gatekeeper for technical change and control including escalations and exceptions process.

Who you are
  • Experience working in a Delivery focussed role
  • Deep experience with UC (Unified Comms) and Fixed Product lines
  • Familiarity with RingCentral and / or VONE C is advantageous
  • Problem solving and a drive for resolution of technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stakeholder relationship development and management
  • Concise, effective communication with internal/external parties and 3rd party suppliers
  • Documentation and publicisation of learnings, changes and improvements.
  • Maintenance of expert understanding of key products, processes, systems and technologies
