Delphi Developer - 6 months - Hybrid (Farnborough) - Inside IR35 Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced Delphi Developer with expertise in Oracle and Delphi development to join a leading manufacturing organisation for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering changes to established financial applications and supporting production environments. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week required onsite in Farnborough for close collaboration with developers, analysts, and testers. This position is confirmed inside IR35. Key Responsibilities Deliver changes to established financial applications, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Work collaboratively as part of a development team, sharing ideas, completing code reviews, and providing support as required. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including performing root cause analysis. Collaborate with analysts to refine requirements, define changes, and provide technical expertise. Assist testers in functional testing of changes to ensure quality delivery. Write and maintain documentation within JIRA and Confluence. Take initiative in problem-solving and self-managing tasks within a structured environment. What You Will Ideally Bring Extensive programming experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Delphi (XE11). Experience with Windows client and server-based applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio C# is a benefit. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team with shared code stored in version control systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to share ideas effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows client use. Contract Details Duration:
