The Demand Generation Manager is a strategic individual contributor responsible for designing, executing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and revenue. This role aligns global demand generation strategies with local market needs, ensuring effective targeting, compelling messaging, and seamless execution. The ideal candidate is data-driven, adept at managing paid performance marketing, and skilled at collaborating with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Balancing global strategies with local execution, ensuring that campaigns are adaptable to regional needs and markets. Driving alignment between global objectives and EMEA regional sales targets, ensuring that demand generation efforts support local market dynamics while achieving broader company goals. Managing and optimising paid advertising across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms) by refining audiences, creating impactful ad copy, and being creative to maximise campaign ROI. Building and maintaining relationships with content sponsors, ensuring high visibility and engagement through the effective execution of sponsored content initiatives. Analysing campaign performance data and providing insights to drive continuous improvements. Ensure timely optimisations to maintain peak performance and maximise lead generation. Developing and executing targeted ABM strategies, leveraging personalised campaigns and tailored content to engage high-value accounts, drive pipeline growth and align with sales objectives. Managing multiple aspects of demand generation, including email nurtures, chat marketing, creative ideation, ad copywriting, performance analysis, content sponsorships, and search marketing. We’re looking for candidates who have: Experience in B2B Growth Marketing and Demand Generation for a technology or SaaS company. Expertise in paid media, paid performance campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media. While not directly executing campaigns, the candidate will collaborate closely with our paid media agency and will require hands-on involvement, such as in ad creation and audience scoping, to maximize ROI. Experience scaling digital media programs in EMEA markets, having worked with stakeholders across multiple countries and languages. Successfully partnered across marketing and sales to build sales pipeline through online channels. Experience planning and managing demand generation programs that leverage cross-channel tactics resulting in exponential revenue growth. Strong analytical skills, the ability to draw insights from KPIs, and leverage data to guide decision-making. Previous success in building a brand to establish credibility and awareness. The ability to handle numerous priorities and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic and growing environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent attention to detail. The ability to come to our London Office as and when occasionally required for collaboration and team meetings. Nice to have experience: Prior exposure to cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies. Experience working within Salesforce CRM. Strong command of Google Suite Products. Experience working with complex data sets (Tableau & Google Analytics experience) to make data-informed decisions and share thoughtful insights.
