About you: In this role, you will lead the creation, management, and execution of important marketing initiatives within our Payments Division. As part of the Payments marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and measuring demand generation and customer marketing activities that promote our range of solutions. You will take charge of the success of demand generation programmes and collaborate closely with the divisional marketing team, sales, product management, and external partners. This job requires you to have strong digital marketing skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You should be able to work well and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment. Day-to-day, you will: Create and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns that align with target audiences and sales objectives to build pipeline and revenue. Support and execute the demand strategy across all propositions. Manage inbound and outbound demand generation channels, such as email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, and social media. Track, measure, and analyse the effectiveness of demand creation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders while collaborating with various teams, including C-level executives, sales, and marketing. Your skills and experiences might also include: Demonstrated success in digital demand generation marketing that drives sales growth, new customer acquisition, and market leadership. Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, with a strong understanding of media content and its role in the customer lifecycle. Proficient in data-driven campaign management, using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau to analyse performance and inform future strategies. Self-starter with a high-energy, proactive attitude, capable of managing multiple projects while possessing excellent communication and analytical skills. What are we all about?
