Reporting to the Regional Demand Manager, the

Demand Generation Specialist

is responsible for growing Videojet's incremental business and generating high-quality leads. This is well as an opportunity to build a career within the Marketing function at Videojet Technologies Inc. and

will be located anywhere in

the UK or Ireland, working remotely.

In this role, a typical day will look like: Manage website content to ensure a first-class customer experience, while supporting Videojet strategies and business priorities. Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic search visibility and ranking for Videojet Website. Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking, and optimizing of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns such as Google Ads. This includes identifying and tracking industry keywords and their popularity. Build and maintain landing pages, building content and structure that drives CTR and weekly lead targets. Effectively and efficiently manage the PPC budget to maximize the ROI. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market requirements and trends to continuously tailor content to the specific needs of our customers.

The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years in a similar digital marketing role. Demonstrated success in applying strategy to create tactical action plans. Demonstrated success in a metric-driven, quantified commercial environment and willing to implement and use a variety of problem-solving tools to drive continuous improvement. Thorough knowledge of Search Engine Advertising, Search Engine Marketing including campaign creation and optimization, and Search Engine Optimization. Thorough knowledge of Pay Per Click and keyword optimization. Experience using a web content management system and understanding of web design, development, and management processes. Practical knowledge of XHTML is an advantage.
