As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in automating and optimising our outreach efforts through email and LinkedIn InMails. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our demand generation engine by implementing sophisticated segmentation, crafting tailored messaging, and driving engagement with high-value prospects. By leveraging advanced email workflows, lead scoring, and AI-driven automation, you will ensure our campaigns are both impactful and scalable, helping our sales pipeline thrive. What you will do at Mirakl (Duties and Responsibilities): Build and manage a data-driven segmentation framework to categorise our prospects. Assist the RevOps & Marketing teams in the implementation and optimisation of lead/contact scoring to prioritise high-quality prospects. Content Creation & Messaging: Develop tailored messaging strategies based on segmentation and audience insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with target personas and the Challenger methodology. Email Automation & LinkedIn InMails: Design and execute automated email workflows to nurture prospects effectively. Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns as part of a multi-channel outreach strategy. Run A/B tests on key email elements such as subject lines, CTAs, and content to optimise performance. Contribute to the implementation of Multi-Touch Attribution to measure and improve campaign effectiveness. Leverage AI tools to automate and personalise email campaigns at scale, enhancing efficiency and engagement. What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, email marketing, marketing automation, or demand generation in a B2B or SaaS environment. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales execution platforms (e.g., Outreach, Intercom). Proficient in designing email workflows, lead scoring models, and campaign reporting. Familiarity with AI tools for email automation. Strong understanding of campaign segmentation and how to build lead nurturing frameworks. Proven ability to create personalised content and optimise campaigns using A/B testing and data insights. Exceptional written communication skills to create compelling email and InMail copy. Strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including BDRs, RevOps, and content marketers. Experience with LinkedIn InMails as a key channel for prospect engagement. Familiarity with Multi-Touch Attribution and Challenger methodology is a plus.
