This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in ourcommunities and help us shape the future of our services.**What You’ll Be Doing**As a Customer & Neighbourhood Officer, you’ll play a key role in deliveringoutstanding services to our customers. You’ll:

  • Ensure high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Use your skills to identify when specialist support is needed to help customers sustain their tenancies.
  • Handle a range of day to day and more complex cases within mixed-tenure communities, supporting compliance and delivering tailored interventions for vulnerable customers.
  • Be an advocate for our customers, delivering services aligned to our Customer Care Standards.
  • Act as the face of our service – a key relationship builder, problem-solver, and customer service champion.

  • A strong understanding of social housing issues and legislation is preferable.
  • Experience managing a varied and demanding workload with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Flexibility to work across our East, West, and Central regions (You’ll cover a large patch in the following areas: Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, working alongside our Neighbourhood Team across our 16,000 + properties).
  • A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • A full driving licence and regular access to a vehicle.
