Demand Planner Bognor Regis Permanent £24,500 - £33,567 per annum ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Planner to join the supply chain team and become a pivotal link between the supply and commercial functions. The Role: Track forecast vs actual volumes to determine reasons for inaccuracies and ensure use of best-fit statistical models. Maintain inventory master data, including safety stock levels, to align with agreed inventory strategies and service levels. Propose methods of improving forecasting/planning and other key processes. Work with Sales and Editorial to understand market requirements and turn those into practical manufacturing and inventory strategies. Recommend and manage overstock destruct. Manage inter-warehouse replenishments. Requirements: Knowledge of clients' products, data and systems and their use in demand planning. Good data management/manipulation skills - competent with Excel. Good analytical skills. Accurate and detail-focused. Ability to explain complex concepts/problems in simple terms. Problem solving, innovation, and continuous improvement. Judgement and decision making.
