£45,000-£55,000 We are excited to be representing a fast-growing food business based in West London, who has seen phenomenal growth over the last couple of years and are now looking to bring an experienced professional to join them in this exciting chapter. In this role, you will operate at the heart of a category-leading business while experiencing exposure to leading chilled production & logistics partners across the UK & EU. In this role, you will: Manage the entire portfolio from a demand planning point of view and oversee approx. 100 SKUs. Work closely with the Customer supply and commercial teams to align on customer demand forecasts and key volume events (range reviews, promotions, in-store activation, etc). Manage phase in, phase out portfolio changes in the demand forecasting. Support the Head of Planning in developing our medium- to long-term Capacity. Drive continuous improvement in the planning process, adapting it to the fast-growing business’s demands. About you... 3+ years of relevant, recent experience in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) planning & production across the UK & EU. Strong data presentation skills, simplifying complex data sets and decision processes for wider business alignment. Demonstrable strength in demand planning helping balance supply and wastage risk. Experience working with SAP or SQL databases. If you're an experienced demand planner/forecaster with strong Excel (Power Query or VBA), Power BI skills, and a background in Start-Up or SME environments, I’d love to hear from you!
