Provide reliable and accurate demand forecasts that support the business needs, customer demand and optimise supply chain efficiency. Creation & Maintenance of Demand planning seasonal working files. Generate and issue Demand plans to Supply planners for purchase placement. Generate the Biannual (Seasonal) Supply Plan. Data collation, processing and preparation. Cross-functional communication with Sales, Merchandising and Business Operations. Assist in completion of the Mid-season Forecast update, cross-functionally with Business Operations and Global Go to Market team. Regular communication with Global Sourcing teams, Buy rate, capacity, and Demand anomalies. Request and collate risk specific Sales feedback pertaining to the demand planning process including digital files and monthly update calls. Align global order windows to Demand files & Sales documentation. Track & analyze risk performance and proactively communicate cross-functionally. Identify fulfilment opportunities from internal Free stock pools. Continuous review of Seasonal Purchase rates vs Sales Forecast and Risk exposure. Reporting to Management as required. Preparation and delivery of relevant reports pertaining to the Demand Planning process. Review Order window accuracy collaborating with Supply Planning. Establish a seasonal calendar for all Demand task deadlines. Ensure requested risk is authorized within procedural limits. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Demand Planning Operations by offering solutions in streamlining processes and reporting infrastructure. Key Project Support.
