Responsibilities: Analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to accurately predict future demand and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory. Ordering items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and following up deliveries to fulfill the sales/production plan in timing and quantities. Setting safety stock levels and inventory modeling to ensure optimal stock levels in compliance with the company's KPIs, adjusting forecasts based on changing demand and supply conditions. Maintaining and periodically reviewing planning master data in SAP and IBP to implement adequate forecasting models, replenishment, and stock strategies. Coordinating co-packing activities with a main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule, and raw material replenishment. Providing the internal customer team with detailed status updates on the availability of critical products within the portfolio. Generating regular reports, tracking forecast accuracy, and identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's in business administration or industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences) OR Professional training in business administration or comparable and at least 5 years' experience in SCM functions. 2 years' experience in Demand planning in a consumer goods company or B2B is a plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data are required. Excel mastery and MS Office knowledge at a relevant level. Knowledge of SAP, IBP, and BI.
