I am recruiting a Dementia Care Manager for a leading provider in Brentwood, Essex. As a Dementia Care Manager, you will have the responsibility for the management of the dementia community inside of the home.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest quality of dementia care is delivered at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with the residents and their families. Build and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare professionals. Financial management. Meet CQC criteria and aim to achieve an outstanding rating. Deliver dementia training.

Essential skills and qualifications: Achieved or willing to work towards NVQ level 4/5. Extensive dementia knowledge. Palliative care knowledge and experience. Managerial experience. Ability to write detailed person-centred care plans.
