Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm Main Duties: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental and physical health to develop personalized care plans that address their specific needs. Act as the main point of contact for patients and their families, coordinating care among multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to manage symptoms and improve patients' quality of life. Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse: Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing. Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse. NMC Registration. Contact:
