ESD are currently recruiting for a quantity surveyor based in London. Our client is a leading demolition contractor based in London and is looking to add a QS to their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse cost estimates for construction projects Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures Conduct risk analysis and value management Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities Negotiate contracts and work schedules with clients and contractors Measure and value work done on-site Provide regular financial progress reports Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Key Skills: Proficiency in quantity surveying practices Experience working with a tier one contractor Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
