who will be working within the thriving Oxfordshire construction market. Responsibilities: Manage demolition sites effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain project schedules and budgets. Requirements: Experience in demolition management. All relevant tickets and certifications. CIS registration is mandatory. Availability for full days Monday to Friday and possibly odd weekends. The business has sites across the country from the Midlands, Oxford, London, Surrey, and Wales. Copies of all training and tickets would need to be provided.
