About the Position: Hybrid position Competitive salary – £30,000 + Annual salary PLUS paid for clinical time (UDA and Private %) 1–2 days per week as a Clinical Advisor / 2-3 Days as a Lead/Senior Dentist 3-5 days per week – must be able to provide both duties within the role Working alongside an exceptional, friendly and supportive Clinical Director Duties: High-quality patient care as a Self-employed Associate Dentist – can choose your “base” between various local practices, predominantly in Manchester, Wigan, Liverpool and Leicester Provide Leadership to clinicians within the local practice – offer additional clinical advice and guidance Support with Recruitment, Retention, Compliance and Professional Development within the teams Work collaboratively with the Management Team and Clinical Director CQC support and Audits Supporting Practice Management and Associates with patient disputes and complaints Requirements: 5+ years’ experience within a General Associate position within the U.K Understanding of both NHS UDAS and Private Dentistry Experience in a former Senior position – demonstrating Mentoring or Leadership Understanding and awareness of compliance and clinical audits Complaint handling experience and issue resolution To Apply, either click “Apply” or send in your CV to For more information please also do not hesitate to call in to the office line on
