Avenue Dental Practice, part of the A&U Dental Group, is looking for a new Endodontics Specialist Dentist to join their highly experienced, energetic and forward-looking team.
This practice is recently refurbished 6 surgery practice located near the town centre.
The group is supported by a finance and marketing department; and focuses heavily on clinical development through its development programme -
A&U Evolve . We currently comprise of approximately 45 associates, 5 therapists and 2 foundation dentists. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implant and oral surgeons that have hospital experience. Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience. Role: Dentist Specialising in Endodontics on the GDC Specialist Register Days:
Flexible, once per month to start The Practice: An experienced and supportive single-site practice manager. A strong
lead dentist,
Dr. Rabia Aslam, that has been at the practice for a number of years. A 650
+
plan list. £12,000+
spent on
marketing
annually e.g. Google Ads. 1600+ Google Reviews
& a strong focus on patient experience. Fully
digitalised
currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans. A strong
Clinical team
spearheaded by the Group Clinical Manager, including a lead dentist for every practice. Long-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team. Development opportunities within the group: The practice has support of a
Group Clinical Manager,
Dr. Christine Battison, a dentist with 20+ years experience in dentistry. Regular catch-ups with the
Group Clinical Manager . A&U Evolve, our own training initiative compromising of the opportunity to
shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference. Associate Development Scheme -
course contribution of up to £1,000 available. Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in-house implantologist at the sister practice, Avenue Dental Centre. Equipment: Rotary Endodontics as standard. X-rays in every surgery. Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites. Practice offers
Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Hygiene appointments. All candidates must be
registered
with the
GDC
and have an
