Dental Hygienist
will play a key role in delivering exceptional dental care to CRCH patients, providing both administrative support and direct care while ensuring continued excellence in performance standards. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide prophylactic/preventative oral hygiene services under the supervision of a dentist. Obtain and update complete medical histories for patients. Take digital radiographs and format them within the EDR. Perform routine dental prophylaxis on adult and pediatric patients. Provide oral health education to patients. Apply sealants to teeth at risk for dental caries. Refer patients needing further restorative work to a dentist. Ensure accurate and complete notes in the EDR. Follow proper infection control protocols. Participate in health center activities and committees. Assist in training new dental staff. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES, TRAITS Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s Degree in dental hygiene. Minimum of one year of experience. Maintain an active dental hygiene license or eligibility for licensing as a limited license dentist in Massachusetts. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
