£250 SCS Welcome Bonus About the Role To be part of a wider dental team providing dental nurse support and work alongside dentists, dental therapists/hygienists, receptionists in the care of service users. This will include assisting in the full range of dental care provided to service users of the dental service from supporting with routine examinations to advanced specialist treatments. Effective record taking and treatment, including baseline charting, clinical treatments, and periodontal charting from operator’s instructions. Give oral health and diet advice in line with evidence-based national guidelines, be responsible for promoting organisations values and high-performance standards. Monitor day lists and appointment diary. Collaborate with wider Dental Team, acting within the GDC and contribute towards a strong external image for the service. Take responsibility for personal development, maintaining professional behaviour and performance at all times. Required: Registered with the GDC National Diploma in Dental Nursing (L3 or equivalent) Experience working as a Dental Nurse Familiar with Dental Software Computer package(s) About the Company This company is a new and innovative Dental Social Enterprise, with a unique partnership with an Integrated Care Board that truly wants to make a difference to people through the delivery of accessible NHS dental care.
