Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-2pm About the Role: We are a busy and well-established practice looking to hire an experienced full-time Dental Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities: Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments Treatment coordination and scheduling Preparing and sending pre-determinations Following up on outstanding treatment Confirming upcoming appointments Billing, invoicing, taking payments, end of day balance Opening/closing duties, including POS system and ensuring end of day processes are complete Additional duties, as required. Requirements: The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and has previous dental administration experience in a multi-provider setting Graduate of a Dental Office Administrator program preferred At least 2 years recent dental administration experience Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail, organized and reliable Dental Office Software Experience with Tracker considered an asset Experience in Dental Assisting would be a nice to have About MCA Dental Group:
