Job Summary: Are you ready to take the reins of a bustling dental laboratory and lead it to new heights? Look no further! We are a premier private dental laboratory located in Brentwood Essex, and we’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Laboratory Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Duties:

Manage and oversee all aspects of laboratory operations. Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and procedures. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Supervise laboratory staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Maintain stock of laboratory supplies and equipment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely results. Troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise in the laboratory. Experience:

Previous experience working in a laboratory would be preferable but not essential. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in IT systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Why Join Us:
