Lead by principal dentist Dr Zain Remy, our state-of-the-art facility and compassionate team create a welcoming environment for both staff and patients. We are currently seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our practice. Job Description As the Dental Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating staff, and enhancing patient satisfaction. You will play a critical role in the growth and success of our practice. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice. Manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims. Supervise and train administrative and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy. Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures. Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in dental practice management software, Microsoft Office and use of Apple Hardware systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of dental billing and insurance procedures. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
