Dentist Clinical Advisor / Associate Dentist - Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental group to recruit a Dentist Clinical Advisor / Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. Job details: Position available to start asap with notice periods taken into consideration. Full time position. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Dentist clinical advisor 1-2 days per week (employed). Clinical Advisor reporting to Clinical Director. Working for a family-owned group of dental practices. Clinical advisor responsibilities include providing leadership, supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of clinicians, and ensuring industry standard compliance in practice. Occasional visit to head office in Leicestershire required. Associate dentist to work in general practice in the Cheshire / Merseyside / Greater Manchester region. Practice location to be discussed at interview. Minimum of 5 years experience in general dental practice. Previous experience in a leadership, advisory, or mentoring role is highly desirable. Strong clinical and technical expertise in general dentistry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with compliance requirements and clinical audits in the dental sector. A proactive approach to team development and clinician engagement. The position offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice with a leadership role in a collaborative and supportive working environment. All dentists applying for this position will be GDC registered, have an active performer number, with 5+ years experience of working in general practice. A valid DBS is required on request.
