A great opportunity for a General Dentist or Specialist to work part-time 3-4 days per week in a PRIVATE ONLY dental practice in the beautiful town of Maldon in Essex. Possibility to move to full-time in the near future if wanted. UK candidates only.
50% Private and Lab split. Candidates will be working in a large dental practice, delivering a comprehensive service to a wide diversity of patients.
Working with a lovely team, including a friendly and supportive Principal and Manager.
Candidates MUST have:
a GDC number,
ability to reliably commute to work (or be willing to relocate),
Excellent English language and communication skills,
be respectful, courteous and polite at all times,
be able to actively listen to patients and interpret their individual needs and wants,
be able to put patients at ease and be able to explain complex treatment plans in a way that patients can understand and have trust in,
have detailed knowledge of oral health and dental problems and their treatment options,
be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry or their specialist field,
have excellent problem-solving skills as well as analytical and critical thinking ability,
be flexible with a capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred candidates would have (NOT essential):
more years experience,
advanced dental treatment experience (such as Clear Aligners, Implants and Cosmetic Bonding).
