Join a prestigious global fashion house renowned for its heritage, innovation, and timeless design. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the Leather Goods department, with a particular focus on cultivating and enhancing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Leather Goods department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and flawless product presentation. Manage and inspire a dedicated team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. Maintain stock levels, coordinate product deliveries, and ensure items are beautifully displayed to highlight their craftsmanship. Develop and implement personalised CRM strategies

to build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met at every touchpoint. Foster a client-focused environment where team members are empowered to provide tailored advice and bespoke services. Ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded through effective leadership, CRM initiatives, and targeted strategies. Actively engage with high-value clients, promoting loyalty programs and exclusive services to enhance their experience. Ensure all operational tasks are completed with the utmost efficiency, while maintaining the brand’s prestigious reputation for luxury. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in luxury retail, with a focus on leather goods or high-end accessories. Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record of team management and client relationship development. A deep appreciation for craftsmanship, style, and luxury materials, alongside a passion for delivering a personalized customer experience. Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, with a proactive approach to client retention and engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering lasting client loyalty. Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
